The launch of Facebook Fundraising+ took place in early 2022. The product was launched across three markets, each with different sensitivities to the offering. I delivered a campaign including in-person events, live webinars, email marketing and a sustained social campaign. Cross-functional collaboration was required with Creative to get accurate visual aids, Product, to ensure information and USP's were correct, Leadership, to satisfy expectations and schedule, and Customer Success for the inevitable support a new tool would require.
