I'm Brendan.
A little about me:
It is no accident that my focus is for social good and the charity sector. I was brought up fundraising as a Scout, to fund my exploration and travels. I benefitted greatly from training with The Prince's Trust. At university, I was incredibly active with student societies and politics. This included prolific event fundraising, campaigning for disability rights, and eventually being awarded a Lifetime Contribution award by the Student Union (a charity itself).
I have since had the pleasure of working, collaborating and volunteering with Oxfam GB, Proskills UK, Place2Be, Omnibus Arts Centre, Nerve Tumours UK, and Scope. It has been thrilling to have met many inspiring individuals.
I become prouder every day from having played a content manager role in the Liberal Democrat MP Layla Moran's parliamentary selection campaign back in 2015. Another side of my passion for social good is my interest in tech. Having spent time with Inspiring Interns, Scoota, and Aqueduct - each in very different capacities, I've become a passionate advocate for the positive impact of digital transformations, campaigns, and strategies.
